About 1-3 business days before shipping after payment is confirmed
After the product arrives, we will send you a shipping completion email about 2-3 weeks after the payment confirmation date.
🔹 Regarding delayed shipping emails
In normal times, we will contact you if we cannot ship within 7 business days after confirming payment, but it is difficult to inform you of the current situation.
Please note that we will not be able to notify you by email even if it is not shipped within 7 business days.
After shipping, we will send you a shipping completion email when the tracking number is reflected.
Q About delivery (delivery company, shipping address)
A We will ship by international registered mail of Japan/China Post.

Q I haven't received the email after ordering or the payment confirmation email.
There are three reasons why I didn't receive the E-mail.

➁ You have not set the reception permission of hi@meezzy.net before ordering.
③ You have not set the permission to receive emails from your computer.
Please check these three.
If you do not receive it, your order confirmation email will be treated as junk email and will be automatically deleted.
Q I want to change my email address.
Due to the A system, you cannot change your e-mail address after placing an order.
After canceling, you will be asked to reorder.
Q I want to cancel my order.
A As this is an overseas order product, we do not accept cancellations, changes to order details, returns or exchanges after the order is confirmed, but we can only respond before the product is shipped.
▪️ Shipping from China/japan Items: Only orders that have not been delivered by the manufacturer to the shipping company can be canceled.
Cancellation before payment confirmation--free
Cancellation after payment is confirmed--If the system cannot process the cancellation, the refund will be made by bank transfer, but the transfer fee will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
I bought the Q size by mistake.
A Please note that we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges of products due to customer's personal circumstances (image difference, size error, etc.).
Q Returns / exchanges (defective products, etc.) due to our convenience--I received a defective product. I received a product that is different from the one I ordered.

Q I made a mistake in the delivery address.
A You can change your address only before the manufacturer hands over the item to the shipping company. After that, we will not be able to respond.
Q I want to change the payment method.
Due to the A system, the payment method cannot be changed after ordering.
